Dr J's Cameras

As you can see Dr Johnson's old cameras didn't come from
a garage sale.  This equipment was once the mainstay of
Hollywood production (up until the early 1980's).  He's on
the lookout for a Technicolor blimp (which looks like a
refrigerator will a lens.
This is a 35mm Mitchell camera on a Moviola crab dolly Here we have a very old (1930s or '40s) Mitchell on "sticks"
1k, 2k, and 10k's, also know as baby, junior and big eye spot lights.

Return to Who Is Dr J

Dr Johnson takes movie viewing very seriously.  No one will disturb him when he is in the screening room.
